When we’re asked to go into an organisation and review the marketing and business development, we’re excited as we’re fairly certain we can make a dramatic difference to the bottom line. The first step to engaging us in such a project is to take advantage of the initial free meeting to assess current marketing and business development activity. We’ll take up to 2 hours to interview key members of staff about current practice and processes and make an assessment of what needs to be done.

 

Following the meeting we will generate a short report with recommendations on how we can improve current practice. Many people assume this means spending a lot of money on advertising and brochures; not necessarily! We’ve got experience of working with a range of organisations and budgets and adapt accordingly. There are key areas which can be addressed that will impact the bottom line without spending anything on collateral...

 

Once you make the decision to appoint us, we’ll return and make a more detailed audit of the whole marketing and business development area. Then we’ll use our expertise to build a realistic and achievable action plan. We’re not hit and run people either. After the plan has been agreed we can then either implement it for you; or mentor a nominated employee to take it forward. It is recommended that you take the latter approach as it then becomes a real investment for your company. You retain the skills internally and your employee is more motivated. We also ensure we return on a regular basis to ensure this person is on the right track (in between times we will maintain email contact).
